Term & Policies

1. Your orders will be taken as urgent and will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

2. You may notify us if you received the incorrect item or if it was damaged during delivery, or is faulty by email to e-shop@paulines.ph within 10 days of the shipment date (in the Philippines) or 30 days (from abroad). A notice of replacement shall be issued to the customer once request is approved. Paulines.ph will issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) or offer to exchange goods for your online purchase if you:

Return new books, unopened CDs, DVDs and other products in their original condition. Sales on visual resources (posters, certificates, cards, bookmarks) are final.
Include the delivery receipt of the package you received.

3. Paulines.ph shall have no obligation to refund or return any item it receives that is not in compliance with the above requirements.

4. Please be aware that you are not entitled to a refund or exchange (under the IRR of R.A. 7394 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines), if your reason for returning a product falls on any of the following:

Sudden change of mind upon purchase
Defect caused by mishandling on the part of the customer
The discovery of a much lower price of the same item from another store/site, once the sale is confirmed.
